The Mat Class has had quite a few eventful weeks since the last update….

Great news is that due to demand, an extra Intermediate and Beginners class have been added on Wednesday evenings with new instructors to boot! From Wednesday 9th November, Bec Johnston will be teaching a challenging Intermediate class from 5.15-6.15pm and from Wednesday 16th November, the lovely Nikki Lewis will be putting the Beginners through their paces from 6.30-7.30pm. The Mat Class is so excited to have these ladies on board…and as always, stay tuned for more developments happening soon.
